  • PRESENTATION STYLE
    • to meet their target audience 
    • the way they talk differently towards their audience
    • Radio 1 - high energy, friendly, relatable meet their younger target audience
    • Radio 2 - middle aged people
  • PRESENT NEWS 
    • Radio 1 - less detailed news, less graphic, the news section would be shorter  - couple minutes 
    • Radio 4 - more detailed, half an hour to an hour 
  • LISTEN TO EACH RADIO STATION AND THINK ABOUT WHO THEIR TARGET AUDIENCE IS AND HOW THEY VARY FROM OTHER STATIONS - DELIVIERY OF LANGUAGE AND QUESTIONING IN INTERVIEWS 
    • radio 1 - fast paced, jingles, news is about 3 minutes, welsh hard to understand with stronger accent - inclusive welcome
    • radio 4 - slow - news section about 15-30 minutes, Queen's English - clear and distinctive 
    • radio 5 - dwayne johnson interview - plays clip of the movie, interviewer lead the questions, anecdotal, all about promoting movie, 
    • bbc radio 1 - jungle cruise interview - jack whitehall, emily blunt, dwayne johnson, beeped out swear words - more cast lead interview prompt set up allows them to talk more
